WIMA – Mobile Outreach Peer Support in Boyceville, WI
February 27 @ 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until May 29, 2025

The Mobile Outreach Peer Support Program offered by the Wisconsin Milkweed Alliance (WIMA) is now available at the Boyceville Community Meeting Room, located at 903B Main Street, Boyceville, WI 54725. This service is available every Thursday from 12 PM – 8 PM, providing on-the-go, peer-driven support to individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges within the Boyceville community and surrounding areas.
Through this program, individuals will have access to Peer Support Specialists with lived experience who offer a variety of services, including harm reduction education and supplies, emotional support, and assistance with navigating healthcare systems and other resources. The program empowers individuals by helping them build coping skills, connect with local services, and regain a sense of control over their well-being.
WIMA’s Mobile Outreach Peer Support Program operates in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where participants can receive support in a way that respects their autonomy and lived experiences. By providing these services directly in the community, we aim to reduce barriers to care, increase accessibility, and improve health outcomes for those who need it most.
