DESCRIPTION:Join MS-Take Charge for an indoor MS “Walk & Roll” event on March 29\, 2025. MS-Take Charge is a grassroots nonprofit organization\, dedicated to empowering individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) to live their best lives! \nThe MS “Walk & Roll” event on Saturday\, March 29\, 2025\, will be a day of celebration\, where community members can participate in various activities that promote physical\, emotional\, and social well-being. In addition to the walk\, attendees will have access to educational resources and interactive sessions designed to provide valuable information on MS management\, wellness strategies\, and community support. \nThis event will be held indoors at the Sonnentag Event Center at UWEC in downtown Eau Claire\, Wisconsin\, where participants will follow a one-mile route within the venue. Attendees are encouraged to connect with others while enjoying movement\, education\, food\, and drinks in a welcoming and lively atmosphere. \nThrough this collaborative event\, with the UWEC Service-Learning Students and Business Community Leadership Students\, they aim to build community and awareness. Their programs allow them to offer healing benefits through therapeutic movement\, adaptive sports\, increasing mobility and community engagement. The theme “Moving Together is Healing Together” captures the essence of this initiative. \n
