Tanning

It’s time. We need to stop. I KNOW it feels great and I swear I feel 10 lbs. lighter if I am tan. However, tanning in a tanning bed is so bad for us. Exposure to UV radiation from tanning beds significantly raises the risk of developing skin cancer, including melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer.

Over Exfoliating

In our 30’s, our skins cell production slows down. Older skin cells stay on our bodies longer and it extenuates wrinkles, dryness, and fine lines. Exfoliating is a KEY step in your skincare routine but make sure you are doing your research and choosing an exfoliator that is right for you skin type.

Forgetting To Clean Your Makeup Brushes
