Blues on the Chippewa is back again! The event is free and runs Thursday-Saturday, Aug. 3-5, at Memorial Park in Durand.
Featured artists this year include Joanna Conner, People Brothers Band, Big Ray & Chicago’s Most Wanted, Joyann Parker, Big Mike & The RNB Kings featuring Sierra Green, and so many more!
Donations are always accepted through the weekend to keep the event going and help local nonprofits. In the past, Blues on the Chippewa has benefitted groups such as the Durand Area Food Pantry, Brent Titus Music For Children Program, Pepin County Humane Society, seniors citizens programs, Durand Women’s Club “Fill a Backpack Program,” the Pepin County Historical Society, and more.
